The credits are wrong, I had a lot of help from Angel, he made almost all the backgrounds, I only made the watercolor one, he also made that beautiful rotoscope sequences and the motion graphic elements, but I was not only the one directing the animation, I animated the 80% of the character animation, made the character design, the storyboard, etc. Also, we didn’t have any kind of art direction, that's on us, Angel came alone with those backgrounds, I had a bit direction on it, but he did most of the work on them. I guess they gave us a little color palette, but that was all. I understand the animation is very limited in some parts,I have mixed feelings for the final product, but stills makes me proud for the fact that we had 4 months to animate this, and we finished on time, is a 4:30 minutes animated video! if you are interested in the band they are called Louis Goodman. How youtube applies COPPA is so confusing, I wish I could make this video suitable for at least 14-year-old people, but I won't risk it so...suitable only for people over 18 years old...that's stupid.

I really don't like the quality of the blog, that's why I keep adding my YouTube links.
This is my classical film for the VFS. Levanta Muertos;The story of a dead man that is looking for the love of his life,he needs the help of this little spirit who's job is to find the people who is about to die, the only clue they have to find her is the past of the couple as mambo dancers, and a single picture. I did this film in less than 6 months, one of them not even on the school, so I am proud of my film.

This film means a lot to me, as probably is already expected, the little skeleton, Charlie, is inspired on a puppet I had as a Kid, we had a interesting relationship, I played with him, but at the same time was afraid of doing it, I was giving life to a death character, o wait, i kind of did it again with this film :), I am the same kid I guess. The skeleton dressed on pink is inspired on what for me is one of the best and more completed comedian that has existed, Tin Tan, was a very funny actor, that also singed, he also danced swing and mambo, he kind of devolved all the identity of the Pachuco at 40,s, with his  look and slang.
